Mitch Blades has over two decades of experience in systems engineering and infrastructure management. Currently serving as Manager II of Systems Engineering at altafiber since January 2012, Mitch oversees a significant operating infrastructure with a portfolio of $12 billion, supporting 250 employees and managing 70+ servers across two sites. Previously, as Director of Infrastructure at Student Loan Xpress, a CIT company, Mitch led a team of systems engineers and was responsible for comprehensive operating systems administration. Mitch's experience also includes roles as Senior Systems Engineer and Lead Developer/Senior Project Manager, with relevant expertise in ADSL systems architecture, network engineering, and desktop support. Mitch holds an Associate Degree in Management Information Systems from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
