CX Project Manager at Altafid

Josefina Díaz Iriondo has over seven years of work experience. In 2015, they completed a pasantía at the Centro de Innovación UC Anacleto Angelini. In 2017, they worked as a Practicante at Huertas a Deo, where they were responsible for the construction of a ram pump for irrigation and maintenance of compost, as well as the collection of vegetables from farmers and the assembly of dispatch boxes. In 2018, they completed a professional practice at Poppulus, where they detected innovation opportunities in the cargo transport sector through user-centered design methodologies, including ethnographic studies, market studies, and ideation of solutions. In 2019, they worked as an Assistant Professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where they were responsible for the Capstone course of the Major in Engineering, Design and Innovation (IDI) and the Challenges of Engineering course of the Civil Engineering faculty. Josefina also taught a 3D printing prototyping workshop. In 2020, they worked at TriCiclosB as an Analyst of New Businesses, where they structured work methodologies for the formulation of new businesses focused on the Circular Economy, as well as the research, design, formulation, and financial evaluation of product-service systems supported by digital platforms. In 2021, they worked at Betterfly as a Client Experience Project Manager and Lead Customer Success. Currently, they are working at Altafid as a CX Project Manager.

Josefina Díaz Iriondo received their Ingeniera Civil Industrial from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile between 2015 and 2020, with a Diploma in Ingeniería Mecánica with a major in Innovación y Diseño.
