Jimmi Duce

Jimmi Duce has extensive experience in the legal field, starting in 2001 when they worked as a Student at Law at Gowlings. Jimmi then became an Associate at Gowlings in 2002 and held this role until 2012. In 2007, they joined Crocotta Energy Inc as a Corporate Secretary, a position they held until 2014. Jimmi then worked as a Legal Counsel at Walton International Group Inc from 2012 to 2015. In 2017, they joined AESO as a Legal Counsel and stayed until 2018. Currently, they are the Sr. Corporate Counsel for AltaGas Ltd and has been in this position since 2018. Furthermore, in 2024 they also took on the role of Vice President and Corporate Secretary at AltaGas Ltd.

Jimmi Duce earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Alberta from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Calgary between 1992 and 1996.
