Kurt MacKay

Kurt MacKay is an accomplished professional in pressure equipment integrity management with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Compliance & Integrity and Chief Inspector at AltaGas Ltd. since January 2022, Kurt has held several leadership positions including Manager of Integrity and Chief Inspector. Prior to AltaGas, Kurt worked as a Regional Manager at Applus+ RTD and held quality and inspection roles at Streamline Inspection Ltd. and PetroChina Canada, focusing on in-service pressure equipment inspection. Earlier experience includes positions at Acuren, Metalogic Inspection Services, and 50th Parallel Ventures Ltd. Kurt's academic qualifications include an Executive MBA from the University of Fredericton, a Bachelor's degree in Technology from the University of Alberta, and an Associate's degree in Materials Engineering Technology from NAIT.
