Balint Acsay

Balint Acsay has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Balint is currently working as the Chief Operations and Financial Officer at Altagram Group - Game Localization. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Operations and Finance at XOUXOU, where they were responsible for the supply chain, logistics, and finance of the company. Balint successfully implemented new processes for parcel delivery and cross-border services, resulting in a 15% increase in delivery quotes and a reduction in return rates.

Before XOUXOU, Acsay worked as the Head of Operations E-Commerce CEE at Höffner Möbelgesellschaft GmbH & Co. KG, where they were in charge of building up the marketplace and international activities of the company. Balint also led various processes including IT, logistics, customer support, marketing, and controlling. Balint was instrumental in setting up a new IT infrastructure to support the company's new business direction.

Acsay also held the position of Chief Operations Officer at myToys.ru, where they played a key role in building and developing processes in client services, business controlling, IT, and logistical operations. Balint implemented project management and achieved significant cost savings by optimizing warehouse processes. At CTS EVENTIM AG & Co. KGaA, they served as the Head of Sales and Marketing, responsible for controlling and leading all marketing processes and departments. Balint successfully implemented new client analysis systems and rebuilt sales controlling based on big data.

Additionally, Acsay served as the Chief Executive Officer at OOO Beta-Technology (Holding Mir Knigi) and Deputy General Manager at Weltbild Verlag Gmbh. In these roles, they were responsible for various activities such as building operations, implementing big data analysis systems, and increasing customer response. Balint also worked as a Financial Controller at Siemens, where they handled forecasting and financial reporting, risk management, and was part of a project team involved in system changes.
