Michael Scarola

Michael Scarola is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in both leadership and operational roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at ContextLogic Inc. since March 2025, Michael previously held a similar position at Linnet Capital from April 2021 to January 2025, and simultaneously worked as Chief Financial Officer and Controller at Altai Capital Management, L.P. since March 2011. Earlier career experience includes a role as Associate at KPMG US from June 2008 to March 2011. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Virginia, earned between 2004 and 2008.
