Melissa Beight

Melissa Beight is a Senior Associate at Altai Ventures since April 2023, specializing in early-stage investments in insuretech, fintech, and enterprise software. Additionally, Melissa serves as a Board Director at WIN: Women in Innovation, leading the Development Committee and chairing the Awards Program. Melissa has held various leadership roles, including Global Development Lead at WIN, where responsibilities included building and managing development and awards teams, launching individual giving campaigns, and co-founding the Women in Innovation Awards. Previous experience includes Senior Engagement Manager and Engagement Manager at VIVALDI_, and leading product and UX strategy at Motivate Design. Melissa has an educational background in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design and has gained diverse experience in retail and design strategy.
