Nikolay Kirpichnikov

Nikolay Kirpichnikov has held various roles in different companies, starting from being a Business Analyst at Salym Petroleum Development in 2006. Nikolay later moved to Shell where they worked as a Business Development Manager for LNG before becoming the NBD Manager for Upstream Commercial. Nikolay then transitioned to Firestrong as the Managing Director before joining Smart Partnership Capital as the Managing Partner. In 2023, they became a Founding Partner at P2S.VC and later took on the role of Strategic Partnerships Director at AltaIR Capital.

From 1999 to 2005, Nikolay Kirpichnikov attended Belarusian State Economic University, where they obtained a MA in International Economics.
