David Orr

David Orr has had extensive work experience in the water and wastewater utility industry. David served as the Senior Vice President at EnviroWaste Services Group, where they were responsible for infrastructure investigation, preventive maintenance, and rehabilitation services. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Business Development at CH2M/Jacobs, a renowned consulting and engineering firm. Orr has also worked as the Senior Vice President at Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI) and as the Director of Corporate Business Development at American Water, the largest publicly traded water and wastewater utility company in the US. Additionally, they have held managerial roles at Government Services Group, Inc. and Utilities, Inc. Orr began their career as a Senior Financial Consultant at Public Resources Management Group (PRMG).

David Orr obtained their Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Central Florida. David also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
