Douglas R. is currently working at Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business, bringing Digital Disruption and Analytics to the Risk Management school. Previously, Douglas founded Altair Integrated Services where he focuses on talent placement of IT professionals in the Insurance and Healthcare industries, as well as supporting digital transformation. Before that, he held roles at Merck & Co. Inc., Biovail, Campbell Soup Company, and Glemser Technologies, where he played key roles in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and management consulting. Douglas holds a Ph.D. from Georgia State University, an MBA from Penn State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Penn State University.
