Alex Kilgore

Alex Kilgore is a Lead Software Engineer at Altair, where since December 2018, the focus has been on the development of Altair Monarch and Altair Monarch Data Prep Studio, tools designed for report processing and data optimization. Previously, Alex held roles as a Sr. Software Engineer and Software Developer at Altair, contributing to the same suite of tools following the acquisition of Datawatch, where a similar role as a Software Developer was performed from January 2012 to December 2018. Early in the career, Alex worked as a Research Assistant under Dr. Stephen Tate at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, received in 2011.
