Phillip Brownlee, MS, CSP, OHST, CSHM, is an accomplished HSE Manager at AltairStrickland, where responsibilities include establishing a safety culture and implementing best practices in Environment, Health & Safety for the petroleum refining and petrochemical industries since June 2014. Previously, Phillip served as Safety Supervisor at Wyatt Field Service Company, leading EHS initiatives and ensuring safety performance from October 2010 to June 2014. Phillip has also held the position of Director of Safety, Security, and Environmental Services at Nacogdoches Medical Center, successfully guiding the facility through JCAHO surveys and managing departmental budgets from January 2004 to October 2010. Phillip began a career in the United States Navy as a Boatwainsmate 3rd Class from September 1994 to August 1997, earning the Navy Achievement Medal. Educational achievements include an MS in Human Services with a focus on Health Care Administration from Capella University and a BS in Psychology/English from Stephen F. Austin State University.
