Adela Redzic

Adela Redzic currently serves as the AVP of Integrated Clinical Services Administration at AltaMed Health Services, where strategic oversight is provided for Behavioral Health and HIV Programs while managing dental program operations, financial budgeting, and cost control. With extensive experience in dental administration, Adela has successfully facilitated the growth of dental services from four to eleven locations while adeptly navigating leadership challenges during the pandemic. Prior roles include Director of Dental Administration and Sr. Manager of Dental Administration, focusing on operational efficiency and organizational goal-setting across multiple clinics. Adela's career began at Western Dental Services as a Corporate Trainer and Business Manager, following earlier experience as an Operations Supervisor at Chase. Adela holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach.
