Andrew Gastelum

Andrew Gastelum has a range of work experience in various fields. Andrew is currently a Health Career Opportunity Scholar at AltaMed Health Services since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Substitute Teacher for the Los Angeles Unified School District starting in May 2018. Andrew also volunteered at Health Fair in January 2021 and at Inner City Struggle starting in July 2020. Before that, they were a Teaching Assistant at Theodore Roosevelt High School from June 2016 to June 2018, assisting in multiple subjects. Their earliest work experience was as a Barista at Starbucks from July 2013 to June 2018.

Andrew Gastelum began their education at East Los Angeles College in 2009, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in AA Social/Behavioral Sciences and AA Psychology. Andrew then continued their studies at California State University, Los Angeles from 2013 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Psychology. Currently, they are enrolled at East Los Angeles College pursuing PA requirements in the field of Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences.
