Arsen Karapetyan

Arsen Karapetyan has a diverse work experience in various companies. Arsen started their career at VivaCell-MTS in 2005, where they served as a Systems Administration Officer. During their time at VivaCell-MTS, Arsen managed a team and was responsible for designing and deploying new systems, as well as preparing technical documentations and RFPs for new hardware and services.

In 2017, Arsen joined SynerMed as a System Engineer. Arsen led the design and configuration of geographical redundancy for Exchange and Skype for Business applications, DNS services, DHCP, and WINS services. Additionally, Arsen played a significant role in the transition of the Exchange 2013 email platform to Exchange 2016. Arsen also participated in configuring and testing the Disaster Recovery site to ensure compliance with business requirements.

Next, Arsen worked at AchievaMed in 2018 as a System Engineer. In this role, they led the redesign and configuration of Active Directory, Exchange, Skype for Business, and System Center Configuration and Operation Manager servers. Arsen also initiated and implemented IT infrastructure optimization and took part in the redesign of the ShoreTel IP phone system and call center system.

Currently, Arsen is employed at AltaMed Health Services as a System Engineer since December 2018. Arsen'sresponsibilities include leading the transition from Exchange 2010 to 2016, deploying various IT applications, and upgrading systems such as vCenter and Cisco UCS blade systems.

Throughout their career, Arsen has gained expertise in system engineering, infrastructure optimization, and implementing various IT applications.
