Elton Munoz

Elton Munoz has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Elton began their career in the U.S Army as a Unit Supply Specialist, where they were responsible for overseeing and maintaining Army supplies and equipment. After their military service, Elton worked as an I.T Tech Contractor for TEKsystems, setting up workstations, troubleshooting computer and network issues, and maintaining software and hardware. Elton also gained experience as an Assistant Support Centre Analyst at Symantec, providing client support and maintaining documentation. Elton later joined Forever 21 as an I.T Technical Support, where they installed and configured hardware and software, reestablished computer performance, and configured POS systems. Elton then worked at GDC Technology Limited as a Tier 1 Technician, repairing and testing servers, installing patches, and using Linux terminal for equipment management. Currently, Elton is employed as a System Administrator at AltaMed Health Services.

Elton Munoz attended Westwood College-Los Angeles from 2008 to 2012, where they pursued a degree in Computer Network Management with a focus on Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. In addition to their degree, Elton has also obtained certifications in CompTIA A+ from CompTIA in June 2022, and IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from PeopleCert in January 2022.
