Ernie Martinez

Ernie Martinez has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on business partnering, operations, and generalist roles. Ernie began their career at C.A Recycling Inc. in 2011, where they served as an HR Manager until 2016. In 2015, they joined Molina Healthcare, first as a Human Resources Generalist and later as a Human Resources Business Partner until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, Ernie worked at Golden Shore Medical as the Director of Human Resources Operations. Most recently, they served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at AltaMed Health Services in 2019.
