Estella Vargas

Estella Vargas has over 16 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at AltaMed Health Services since January 2007, Estella has been instrumental in driving recruitment strategies and initiatives within the organization. Prior to this role, Estella worked at Toyota Motor Corp from June 2005 to January 2007 in a human resources capacity, further developing expertise in talent management and organizational development.
