James Reckon has a diverse and extensive work experience in project management and IT roles. James currently works as an IT Project Manager at AltaMed Health Services, where they manage large and complex projects, focusing on patient health outcomes and business success. James'sresponsibilities include leading project teams, ensuring adherence to PMO standards, and driving process improvements.

Prior to their current role, James worked as a Visiting Faculty at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. James also served as an Infrastructure and Pharmacy Automation Senior Project Manager at MemorialCare Long Beach Medical Center, where they managed pharmacy application and hardware upgrades, developed project plans for vendor management implementation, and oversaw the conversion of McKesson MedCarousels.

James has also held positions at Prime Healthcare as an Infrastructure and EMR Project Manager, where they led Epic EMR implementations and managed the acquisition of a Level II trauma center. At US Foods, they worked as a Program Manager (Consultant), implementing change management for a customer call center and redesigning field sales support processes using continuous improvement methods.

Moreover, James served as a Project Manager Healthcare Technology Consultant at Insurance Marketing Group, INC., where they utilized change management methods to transform the culture and implemented cloud-based service desk utilizing Microsoft Office 365 and Dynamics 365. James also worked as a Global Information Technology Project Manager at Ares Management Corporation, managing projects for global Windows 10 and Office 365 migration and infrastructure security vulnerability analysis.

James Reckon's earliest work experience was at Maintech, Incorporated, where they served as the Deputy General Manager and Managing Director of Network Operations. In this role, they provided leadership for global IT infrastructure, emphasizing planning, budgeting, adoption, and support for legacy and emerging technologies.

James Reckon has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. James also holds a Masters degree in Organizational Management from Azusa Pacific University. In addition, James has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. James also obtained a Masters degree in Project Management from the same institution. James has further certifications including ITIL® Foundation certificate in IT Service Management from the Information Technology Infrastructure Library obtained in July 2016. James also has a Lean Six Sigma Foundations certification from LinkedIn and a Six Sigma White Belt certification from Aveta Business Institute.
