Jorge Gavino

Jorge Gavino, MPP, currently serves as a Civic Engagement Specialist at AltaMed Health Services and is the Chairperson of the Budget, Investment, and Technology Commission for the City of Anaheim. With extensive experience in civic engagement, Jorge has held various roles including Vice Chairman of the Executive Board of Directors for Hermanos Unidos, where responsibilities included establishing developmental goals and fostering campus relationships. Previous positions include Field Coordinator for the California Democratic Party, Admissions/Recruitment Specialist at the University of California, Santa Cruz, and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of California, Riverside. Jorge's educational background includes a Master's in Public Policy from the University of California, Riverside, and a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, alongside multiple degrees from community colleges.
