Rima Mardirosian

Rima Mardirosian has held various roles throughout their work experience. Rima worked as a Senior Manager Internal Communications and Internal Communications Manager at AltaMed Health Services starting in 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Special Projects Manager (Contract Position) at the University of Southern California from January 2020 to April 2020. Additionally, Rima worked as a Communications, Marketing, Public Relations & Special Events Consultant at their own company from July 2018 to January 2020.

Rima also has experience as a Manager, Marketing & Communications at CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center from August 2016 to July 2018, where they provided leadership in marketing and communications initiatives, oversaw the hospital's rebranding efforts, and developed a new mobile-responsive website. Before that, they worked at Dignity Health in various roles, including Business Development Associate from June 2011 to August 2016 and Marketing Associate at Glendale Heart Center from October 2000 to June 2011. At Dignity Health, they managed hospital contracts, worked on marketing and communications efforts, and organized community outreach activities.

Earlier in their career, Rima worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Pfeiffer Partners Architects from March 1997 to September 2000, where they assisted in proposal writing, collateral preparation, and client interviews. Rima also worked at Dignity Health as a Marketing and Communications Specialist from March 1993 to July 1996, where they developed and implemented marketing and PR plans for the hospital's Centers of Excellence.

Finally, they worked at UniHealth America (Pacific Media Associates) in multiple roles from October 1990 to March 1993. These roles included Publications Editor, where they oversaw corporate publications, and Account Specialist, where they assisted in advertising campaigns and collateral production.

Throughout their career, Rima Mardirosian has gained extensive experience in internal communications, marketing, public relations, special events, and project management.

Rima Mardirosian holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from California State University, Northridge. Their degree had a focus on Public Relations and they also pursued a minor in Political Science. Currently, they are enrolled in a Master's Degree Program at Azusa Pacific University, specializing in Strategic Communications. Rima is expected to complete their program in the year 2025.
