Sonia Gandara

Sonia Gandara is a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in health services management, training, and community outreach. Currently serving as Clinic Director at AltaMed Health Services, Sonia has progressed through various roles within the organization since October 2014. Previous positions include Trainer at Richard Heath and Associates, Inc., where Sonia trained healthcare professionals on California health benefits, and Program Coordinator at the National Health Foundation, managing programs aimed at increasing healthcare access for underserved populations. Educationally, Sonia holds a Master of Public Health in Community Health Sciences from UCLA and a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American & Latino Studies from UC Santa Cruz.
