Trent Stanton

Trent Stanton has a diverse work experience in the field of system administration and engineering. Trent started their career at Social Sampling as a Social Media/IT Intern, where they maintained and created content for social media sites and updated the company's website. Trent then joined Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino Counties as a Helpdesk technician before progressing to the role of Junior System Administrator. In this role, they undertook the redesign of the VDI infrastructure, built a DR site for VDI, and upgraded to VMware Horizon 7. Later, Trent worked as a System Administrator at the same organization. Currently, they are employed at AltaMed Health Services as a Sr Systems Administrator and has now transitioned to the role of System Engineer.

Trent Stanton received their Bachelor's degree in Advertising and a minor in Women's Studies from California State University, Fullerton, where they attended from 2008 to 2013. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications over the years, including Veeam Certified Engineer from Veeam Software in December 2022, VMware Certified Professional 7 - Data Center Virtualization 2022 (VCP-DCV 2022) from VMware in June 2022, MTA 98-365 Windows Server Administration Fundamentals from Microsoft in July 2018, CompTIA Security+ from CompTIA in September 2017, Imprivata OneSign Engineer from Imprivata in July 2017, Apple Certified Associate - Mac Integration 10.11 from Apple in August 2016, CompTIA Network+ ce from CompTIA in July 2016, VMware Certified Associate - Data Center Virtualization from VMware in September 2015, and CompTIA A+ Certification from CompTIA in April 2014.
