Dmitry Kushnir

Dmitry Kushnir is an IT entrepreneur and executive with over 20 years of experience in managing global operations and delivering IT services. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Innovecs and a Board Member at Altamira, Dmitry has driven significant financial and operational improvements while providing mentorship to executives. Previously, Dmitry held senior leadership roles at Luxoft and Emergn, where they managed large-scale delivery operations and led transformational initiatives. Dmitry founded CINTECH, achieving notable growth before merging with a larger competitor, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Electric Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine, along with several executive education credentials from The Wharton School.
