Blaine Worthington

Blaine Worthington is the Chief Operating Officer of Altamira Technologies Corporation, a data analytics and advanced engineering company supporting the U.S. national security community headquartered in McLean, Virginia.

As Chief Operating Officer, Blaine Worthington oversees Altamira’s intelligence business operations, drives the company’s overall business results, and ensures effective operational procedures.

Blaine Worthington is a dedicated professional with a proven history of success in managing multi-million dollar acquisition programs building and leading top-performing teams. Since joining Altamira in 2013, Blaine has expanded our Dayton, Ohio office from 10 employees to 225 employees.

Prior to Altamira, Blaine spent 21 years in the Air Force as an Acquisitions Officers where he served at the Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC), the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), Space Command, the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), and the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). While in the Air Force Blaine oversaw the acquisition, development, and implementation of cutting-edge intelligence systems and led a more than 250-member acquisition and engineering team. Upon retirement, he spent four years at Booz Allen as a Senior Associate managing intelligence contracts for NASIC.

Blaine holds a master’s degree in Strategic Leadership from AFIT along with a master’s degree in Computer Resources and Information Management from Webster University and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from South Dakota State University (SDSU).
