Richard Campos is the Senior Vice President of Business Development of Altamira Technologies Corporation, a data analytics and advanced engineering company supporting the U.S. national security community headquartered in McLean, Virginia.

Richard Campos is the Sr. Vice President of Business Development, Altamira Technologies. Prior to joining Altamira, Richard spent 19 years at Raytheon. He was the Program Director for a National Cyber Program under Raytheon Intelligence and Space from 2019 – 2021. In 2019, he was part of the Program Management Excellence conducting analysis of systemic and individual program performance as well as recommend strategies to grow existing programs. Responsible for defining and deploying program leadership processes, tools, training, metrics and initiatives that lead to the establishment of an effective community of practice and IIS program execution excellence. He also served as Director and Portfolio Manager for Infrastructure and Platform Services under Solutions (GIS) from 2011-2018 where he managed and directed the strategy, execution and resources for the Infrastructure Development Programs, Procurement Programs and Common Application Services portfolio to include Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, ITSM programs, Operations and Maintenance, Development of High Performance Compute and Storage Programs, Cloud Deployments, COTS Deployments, Data Distribution Services, SIGINT Archive, and Common Software Services Platforms (DevOps, API Gateways, etc.). In 2016 and 2017, he was the Business Development Lead and Capture Manager and provided the overall capture strategy for GeoINT Processing Pursuits.

In 2012, Richard received the Raytheon Program Leadership excellence award. Campos received a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and English from Wayland Baptist University and Masters of Science in Mathematics from Texas Tech University.
