Bruce Doig

Bruce Doig, PE, LEEP AP, currently serves as the Division Director of Engineering and City Engineer for the City of Altamonte Springs since October 2021. Previously, Bruce held the position of Director of Water Resources at VHB from January 2014 to October 2021, managing significant projects for various municipalities, including Altamonte Springs, Casselberry, Oviedo, and Orlando. Prior experience includes serving as Division Director of Transportation and Stormwater for the City of Altamonte Springs from April 2011 to January 2014, overseeing the city’s transportation and stormwater systems, and as a Project Manager in Water Resources at Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. from October 2004 to May 2011. Beginning their career as an Engineer at HDR from 2000 to 2004, Bruce is a graduate of the Florida Institute of Technology, holding multiple degrees in Civil Engineering and Engineering Management.
