Dean S. Fathelbab

Dean S. Fathelbab, AICP, currently serves as the Development Services Manager for the City of Altamonte Springs, where responsibilities include leading development review and managing interests across multiple departments. Previous experience includes roles as Healthy Community Manager and Economic Development Manager for the City of Casselberry, focusing on the integration of health and sustainability into planning and executing various capital projects such as parks and community facilities. Dean's background also encompasses work as a Senior Planner, Project Manager for Rebuilding Together Orlando, and a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Central Florida. Dean holds a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Central Florida.
