Lilia Yvette Leon Romero

Lilia Yvette Leon Romero is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and customer engineering. Currently serving as a Producto Owner at ALTÁN REDES since July 2017, Lilia leads the implementation phase of parallel projects and provides pre- and post-sale support focused on product experience. Prior to this role, Lilia worked at Ericsson from April 2011 to June 2017 as a Service Project Manager, overseeing all project phases to ensure that goals, scope, and budget requirements were met while managing customer relations. Lilia also held a position as an Integration Engineer, specializing in 3G and 4G network troubleshooting. Lilia holds a degree in Comunicaciones y Electrónica from Instituto Politécnico Nacional and further education from Escuela Bancaria y Comercial and Global Knowledge.
