Susann Stefaniak

Susann Stefaniak has significant experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of the HR Transformation Project at ALTANA AG since January 2021, where leadership in a global HR transformation initiative is a key responsibility. Prior to this role, Susann held various positions at Byk Chemie from July 2016 to January 2021, including Leiterin HR Administration & Controlling and Personalreferentin. Susann began tenure at ALTANA AG in January 2015 as a Mitarbeiterin Human Resources and has previous experience in personnel administration from HSBC, where Susann worked from September 2012 to December 2014, as well as a role as a Werkstudent in Human Resources. Early career experience includes recruitment at Hays from July 2010 to June 2011.
