Dawn Meyerriecks

Dawn Meyerriecks is an accomplished technologist and corporate board member with extensive leadership experience across both public and private sectors. Currently serving as a director and advisor at Arka Group LP and KnightSwan Acquisition Corp since January 2022, Dawn brings a wealth of expertise in user needs, risk assessment, and technical investment, with strategic partnerships including BlackStone and RBC. Previous roles include Deputy Director of the CIA for Science & Technology, where Dawn led a global team overseeing multi-billion-dollar initiatives, and Assistant Director of National Intelligence for Acquisition, Technology, & Facilities, innovating processes to enhance mission success. Dawn's consulting firm provided strategic guidance to various organizations, and past positions include senior leadership at AOL and the Defense Information Systems Agency. Dawn holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Loyola Marymount University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Business from Carnegie Mellon University.
