Lauren Elmore

Lauren Elmore currently serves as the Integrated Care Clinic Manager at AltaPointe Health Systems, a position held since January 2021. Prior to this role, Lauren has contributed to AltaPointe Health as a Coordinator since May 2018 and worked as a Clinical Therapist at Horizon Health from September 2016 to January 2021. Earlier in the career, Lauren was a Therapist at AltaPointe Health Systems from August 2011 to January 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Alabama (2009-2012) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Mobile (2005-2009).
