Scott Graves is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in field service management and technical support. Currently serving as Help Desk Manager at AltaPointe Health Systems since July 2020, Scott oversees help desk and field service operations. Prior to this role, Scott worked as a Field Service Technician at Guardian Integrators - Gulf Coast, where responsibilities included the installation and maintenance of security systems in various environments. Scott's experience also includes a position as Delivery Project Manager/Client Advocate at IBM, focusing on client server and storage equipment maintenance, as well as a long tenure at Walgreens, where Scott held multiple roles including Area Service Manager and Depot Manager, managing field service operations and equipment repairs for the St. Louis market. Scott holds an Associate's degree in Applied Sciences Electronics Technology from ITT Technical Institute-Earth City.

AltaPointe Health is a large healthcare system providing primary and behavioral healthcare. Each year it provides more than 1 million services to 45,000 patients across Alabama. A national leader in behavioral health for over 60 years, AltaPointe expanded its service array in 2018 to include primary care. Now focusing on the patient's whole health, it operates Accordia Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center with four clinic sites. Rounding out the continuum, AltaPointe operates two psychiatric hospitals serving children and adults, 20 outpatient behavioral healthcare clinics, and BayView Professional Associates, its private practice arm serving southwest Alabama.
