Arnaud Andre

Arnaud ANDRE has extensive experience in IT support and project management, currently serving as the Responsable du support informatique at ALTAREA COGEDIM since January 2018, overseeing multi-site user support for 2000 users and managing a team of 20 people under an outsourcing contract. Previous positions include Responsable équipe Support Informatique at OPEN, where responsibilities encompassed client interface, service quality assurance, incident resolution, and team management, as well as serving as Chef de projet industriel at Lafarge, focusing on project automation and team supervision. Arnaud also has a foundation in technical support from roles at Orange Business Services and MST HOLDING, alongside early management experience at E. Leclerc. Educational qualifications include a Licentiate degree in electrical engineering from the University of Montpellier and a DUT in Computer Science from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III.
