David Bernstein

David Bernstein is an experienced professional in the real estate and construction sectors, currently serving as the Directeur de Programmes Adjoint at ALTAREA since June 2018. In this role, David oversees the strategic and operational management of residential and mixed property programs, handling various aspects from regulatory and technical to financial and marketing processes. Previously, as Directeur Technique Adjoint at COGEDIM IDF, David was involved in project development in regions 77, 78, 91, and 95. Prior experience includes serving as Responsable Technique at SOGEPROM, where David managed project feasibility and construction processes, and as Ingénieur Travaux at VINCI Construction France, leading the construction of 100 residential units. David holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Organization and Management of Enterprises from HEI - Hautes Etudes d'Ingénieur and a Baccalauréat from Lycée Montalembert.
