Gaël B.

Gaël B. serves as the Directeur Juridique Corporate Groupe at ALTAREA since March 2023, overseeing a corporate legal team of twelve and acts as Secretary of the Supervisory Board. Additionally, Gaël holds several municipal roles in Bois-Colombes, including Conseiller municipal and Adjoint au Maire, with responsibilities in urban planning and built heritage. Since 2014, Gaël has also been a territorial advisor for the Boucle Nord de Seine Public Territorial Establishment, contributing to various urban and public safety commissions. Previous experience includes the role of Group Head of Corporate, M&A, and IP at TEREOS, where Gaël managed corporate law and intellectual property matters, and several positions in major law firms specializing in corporate law and M&A. Gaël’s academic background includes degrees from prestigious institutions such as HEC Paris and the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, culminating in extensive expertise in business law.
