Laurence Proust

Laurence Proust has extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as Responsable de la Prescription at ALTAREA COGEDIM since May 2006. Responsibilities include developing and managing a network of business partners, prospecting new collaborators such as wealth management advisors and banking networks, presenting regional and national offers, participating in professional exhibitions and client events, providing daily support to partners, monitoring reservation contracts, and reporting on activities. Prior to this role, Laurence Proust held the position of Responsable commercial at Kaufman and Broad from May 2001 to May 2006, focusing on the commercialization of new real estate products, managing relationships with real estate agencies, and overseeing clients from reservation to delivery. Academic qualifications include a Licence AES in Economics and Law from Université de Bordeaux and a DEUST in Real Estate Law from Université de Toulon.
