Marion Smal

Marion Smal is a seasoned professional currently serving as Responsable de Programmes Normandie and Responsable de Programmes Grandes Affaires at ALTAREA since September 2017, overseeing the Bobigny Cœur de Ville project, which includes 1,300 housing units, 10,000 m2 of commercial space, 10,000 m2 of offices, and 9,000 m2 of pedestrian areas, with delivery expected in the fourth quarter of 2023.
