Olivier Gallion

Olivier Gallion currently serves as Directeur de la Production at ALTAREA COGEDIM since July 2018, bringing extensive experience from Bouygues Immobilier where responsibilities included Directeur des Opérations and Manager de projets immobiliers from December 2006 to July 2018. In these roles, Olivier led a multidisciplinary team of six, overseeing the management of real estate operations related to new housing projects by securing urban planning authorizations, adapting commercial strategies, managing client relations, ensuring financial accountability, and adhering to project timelines and quality standards. Olivier holds a Master II in Management général Double compétence from the Institut d'administration des entreprises Aix en Provence (2005-2006) and a Master II in Droit et Fiscalité de l'entreprise from the Faculté de Droit Aix en Provence (2004-2005).
