Rudolphe Proust has a diverse and extensive work experience. Rudolphe is currently serving as the Vice-président Commission sécurité prévention at the Federation des Entreprises de l’Immobilier since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at ALTAREA from 2017 to present, where they held the positions of Chief Global Risks Group and Chief Global Security Group. In 2021, they became a France CIO/CISO Community Governing Body Member at Evanta, a Gartner Company. Before that, Rudolphe worked at United Technologies as a Senior Security and Compliance Manager from 2014 to 2017. Rudolphe also served as a Chargé d’enseignement at Patrimoine Immateriel, Informationnel, Scientifique, Technique et Economique Universite Paris Est from 2012 to 2015. Rudolphe's career history also includes working as a Senior Investigator at the French Financial Market Authority (Financial Market - AMF) from 2011 to 2014, as well as serving as a Commissaire Divisionnaire Police at the French Ministry of Home Affairs from 1993 to 2014. Rudolphe also worked as a French Regional Police Attaché at the French Embassy in Singapore from 2004 to 2007.
Rudolphe Proust completed their Political Sciences Degree at Sciences Po Toulouse from 1989 to 1992. Rudolphe then pursued a Master's degree in Politics and Management of Security at Lyon University Jean Moulin, which they obtained from 1993 to 1994. In addition, they obtained a Master in Business Law from Toulouse Social Sciences, specializing in Law, during the period of 1989 to 1992. In terms of professional development, they obtained a Certified Fraud Examiner qualification in Fraud Risk and Investigations from ACFE, although the start year of this certification is unspecified. Furthermore, they completed a Formation de Commissaire de Police at Ecole Nationale Superieure de Police - Ecole des Commissaires de Police during 1993 to 1994.
