Diana Williams is a seasoned Program Manager at Altarum, specializing in behavioral health with over 30 years of experience in mental health and substance use disorder programming. Williams has held prominent roles, including Director of Behavioral Health and Senior Associate, where responsibilities included developing partnerships, serving as a spokesperson, and overseeing technical assistance for SAMHSA grantees. Prior to Altarum, Williams was the Assistant Deputy/Deputy Director of Substance Abuse and Mental Health Policy and Services for the Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction, managing significant budgets and state programs. Additional experience includes teaching at Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis, managing community treatment teams, and directorship within the Indiana Department of Correction.
