Amanda Reib

Amanda is responsible for Human Resources, Health, Safety and Environment; this includes plant wide Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management and all aspects related to Human Resources and Labour Relations.

Amanda started her career with AltaSteel in 2005 when she was initially hired-on as a Human Resources Administrator. Since then she has been granted the opportunity to progress through all areas of HR and most recently into her current role.

Working for AltaSteel has provided Amanda with a variety of challenging yet rewarding experiences, allowing her to grow as an HR professional, leader and individual. She feels “it has been an exceptional experience working within a group of diverse individuals who strive for common goals to ensure business success and sustainability.”

Amanda’s educational background is focused primarily in HR; holding a Bachelor of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations as well as a Diploma in Business Management.
