Sarah Appelt

Director of Operations Digital Marketing at AltaVista Strategic Partners

Sarah Appelt has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sarah most recently worked at AltaVista Strategic Partners, starting in November 2016. Sarah began as a Marketing Account Manager and then progressed to Senior Account Manager and Operations Team Manager before becoming the Database Marketing Operations Manager. Their most recent role was Director of Operations in Digital Marketing. Prior to AltaVista, Sarah worked at RSE Ventures as an Administrative Coordinator from January 2015 to October 2016. Sarah also has experience in the retail industry, working as a Key Leader/Visual Merchandising at lululemon athletica from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, they have held positions such as Junior Varsity Lacrosse Coach at St. Paul's School for Girls and Learning Specialist Assistant at Towson University. Sarah's earliest documented work experience was as an intern at Villa Maria Schools Catholic Charities, where they worked with children ages five to thirteen with emotional, learning, and social disorders. Sarah instructed physical education and art lessons and devised and scheduled residential activities for the children.

Sarah Appelt has a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Human Development and Family Studies, General from Towson University. Sarah also holds a Master's degree in Health Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore, which they obtained between 2018 and 2020. Prior to completing their master's degree, they earned an Integrative Health and Wellness Certificate in Health Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore in 2018.
