Matt Graves, PMP, CCM, is a seasoned construction and project management professional with extensive experience in leading large-scale projects. As the Founder and Content Creator at Construction Yeti since January 2020 and a Senior Advisor at AltCMO since February 2024, Matt Graves combines innovative content strategies with managerial expertise. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at AGCM Project Management, key projects include overseeing a $200 million program for the Brazoria County Courthouse and managing a $25 million capital improvements program for Alvin Community College.
