Mohamed Birem is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sourcing and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Sourcing Specialist at Altea Energy since February 2023, Mohamed plays a key role in selecting experts for energy projects globally. Prior to this, Mohamed worked at Groupe AMS as a charge d'affaires sourcing, where responsibilities included defining job positions, managing candidate applications, and creating talent pools. Earlier roles encompassed managing an engineering office and serving as a civil engineer on various projects, including the rehabilitation of buildings and construction of infrastructure. Mohamed holds a Master 2 degree in civil engineering and a license degree in the same field from Université des Sciences et de la Technologie 'Houari Boumediène', as well as a Cursus Métier in human resources management from P&P School.
