Cristina Beruica

Cristina Beruica has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources and organizational development. Cristina started their career as a Personal Assistant at Mușat & Asociații in 2007 and later worked as a Senior Project Manager at Ascendis Consulting from 2009 to 2013. In 2013, they joined WKH - Organizational Development as a Consulting Psychologist. From 2014 to 2016, Cristina worked as an HR Manager and National Counseling and Professional Guidance Career Coordinator at Euro Best Team. Cristina then moved on to Altea Federation, where they held multiple positions including People Development & Talent IT Recruiter, Team Leader of HR Consultancy Division, and Fed Human Hiring Leader. Currently, Cristina is a Hiring Director at Altea Federation, a role they have held since 2024.

Cristina Beruica earned a PhD in Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy from AHCCP between the years 2011 and 2014. Cristina also obtained a degree in Psihoterapie from Asociatia de Hipnoterapie si Psihoterapie Cognitiv-Comportamentala, which allowed their to practice individual psychotherapy in the cognitive-behavioral field from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Organizational Management and Resources from the Faculty of Psychology between 2008 and 2010. Their educational journey started with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same faculty, which they obtained between 2005 and 2008.
