Fabio Paracchini

Fabio Paracchini has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Practice Manager Tecnologie IT at Altea Federation in 1993. Fabio continued to work at Altea Federation in various roles, including Corporate Vice President Innovation, Fed Ambassador, A-People, FED Catalyst Circle, and Head of Innovation. In 2014, they ended their tenure as the Practice Manager at Altea.

Fabio then joined APPFORGOOD SRL as a Solutions Architect in 2015 before transitioning to Altea Digital as a Solutions Architect in 2016. In 2017, Fabio joined Alterna as an Innovation Lead, and later became the Solution Leader Offering Servitization | IoT. Their most recent position was with Alterna, where they worked until 2023.

Additionally, they had brief experiences at Ferrari as a PMa in 2011 and Baan where they participated in a course in 1996.

From 1989 to 1995, Fabio Paracchini attended the Politecnico di Milano, where they studied Telecommunications Engineering.
