Deanna Oswald

Deanna Oswald is a seasoned professional in human resources with over eight years of experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager and previously as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner at Altec since June 2018, Deanna has developed expertise in strategic HR management. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Resources Generalist II at the University of MN Duluth from October 2016 to June 2018, and as a Human Resource Coordinator at Innovative Services, Inc. between August 2015 and October 2016. Deanna began a career in management as a Practice Manager at Miller Trunk Veterinary Clinic from April 2011 to August 2015, where responsibilities included billing, employee assessments, and financial management. Deanna holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Superior and furthered education at The College of St. Scholastica from 2013 to 2015.
