Jeremy Spradlin

Jeremy Spradlin has extensive experience in technical sales and engineering roles, currently serving as a Senior Technical Sales Representative at Altec since August 2017, where numerous initiatives led to significant savings and improvements in operational efficiency. Prior positions include Staff Engineer II and Process Engineer at Ply Gem, where Jeremy contributed to a successful manufacturing excellence implementation and trained teams in kaizen practices. Earlier experience as a Field Engineer and intern at Management Resources Group, alongside co-op roles at Shaw Industries, involved process optimization and equipment design. Jeremy holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee and is currently pursuing an MBA at Longwood University.
