Michael Wilkinson

Michael Wilkinson has extensive experience in service management and operations, currently serving as the Texas Area Service Manager and Continuous Improvement Analyst at Altec since November 2016. In this role, Michael identifies areas for improvement and leads teams of subject matter experts to enhance LEAN performance. Previously, Michael served in the US Navy from May 2010 to December 2016 as a Naval Surface Warfare Officer, holding positions as an Information Operations Planner at the Joint Information Operations Warfare Center and as Damage Control Assistant and Public Affairs Officer aboard the USS Vicksburg. Michael holds a Master's Degree in Communications from Purdue University and a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
